a7f49ac9a1 Update copyright statements to 2020
Happy new year to the wonderful Godot community!

We're starting a new decade with a well-established, non-profit, free
and open source game engine, and tons of further improvements in the
pipeline from hundreds of contributors.

Godot will keep getting better, and we're looking forward to all the
games that the community will keep developing and releasing with it.

a9c10450bd [Core] [Mono] Optimize Wrap functions
Use is_zero_approx(), avoid a negative, and also rename "rng" to "range".

d844e30614 Inspector: Make default float step configurable
Also allow lifting the decimal step formatting with a hint range step
of 0. A new `range_step_decimals()` is added for this to avoid breaking
compatibility on the general purpose `step_decimals()` (which still
returns 0 for an input step of 0).

Supersedes #25470.
Partial fix for #18251.

a60f242982 Add integer posmod and rename default arg names
"posmod" is the integer version of "fposmod". We do not need a "mod" because of the % operator.

I changed the default arg names from "x" and "y" to "a" and "b" because they are not coordinates. I also changed pow's arg names to "base" and "exp". Also, I reorganized the code in the VS built-in funcs switch statement.

a32b26dfa2 Several fixes to make GLES2 on HTML5 work much better.
Changed math class error reporting to be a bit less paranoid.

18b90508a1 Fix crash when using wrapi() with a range of zero
`wrapi()` and `wrapf()` will now return the value of
the `min` parameter if the range is equal to zero.

81be9542eb Remove unused "dtoll" methods
These methods aren't used anywhere in Godot's code, and all they do is cast floating types to int64_t. There's no reason to have these lines, they literally do nothing, and they aren't useful functions to begin with.

277b24dfb7 Make core/ includes absolute, remove subfolders from include path
This allows more consistency in the manner we include core headers,
where previously there would be a mix of absolute, relative and
include path-dependent includes.

e4213e66b2 Add missing copyright headers and fix formatting
Using `misc/scripts/fix_headers.py` on all Godot files.
Some missing header guards were added, and the header inclusion order
was fixed in the Bullet module.

ed57f0a0d4 Remove get_default_video_mode definition on OSX/iOS
It had been missed in d09160a8b6 and broke compilation
for those platforms.

Took the opportunity to run clang-format on the code base to fix some corner cases
that went through our static tests/were overlooked recently.

f89641907f -Added EXR supprot for HDR (no BC6 compression yet though)

-Proper detection of S3TC compression modes, and added all modes to Image
-Fixes to non-power of 2 compressed textures, which should all be supported by GLES3

ceb699f5ec Fix PRNG randomization.
PCG32 doesn't like small seeds, which leads to zero random values (prior to #7532, zero values were handled as special cases).

Use a large default seed, and also add a shift in Math::randomize.

Fixes #8423.

9a37ff1e34 Added various functions basic math classes. Also enabled math checks only for debug builds.
Added set_scale, set_rotation_euler, set_rotation_axis_angle. Addresses #2565 directly.
Added an euler angle constructor for Basis in GDScript and also exposed is_normalized for vectors and quaternions.
Various other changes mostly cosmetic in nature.
